Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on Cabo San Lucas tender logistics, enquire-to-book, and what we will not invent.
Frequently asked questions
Is Cabo San Lucas the same as San José del Cabo?+
No. Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo are separate towns in the Los Cabos region with different logistics, drive times, and pickup realities. Your cruise call is at Cabo San Lucas — plan each port on its own.
Do I tender into Cabo San Lucas?+
Yes. Cabo San Lucas cruise calls typically tender passengers to the marina / port tender facilities. Usable time ashore is less than the printed ship arrival-to-departure window. We do not invent a numeric tender buffer — leave honest margin both ways.
Do you offer instant online booking?+
No. We use enquire-to-book. You send ship date and guest details; we confirm partner supply and timing by email. No payment is taken at enquiry.
Are the prices on product pages final?+
Listed retail figures are a guide only. Reconfirm when you enquire — partner rates and inclusions can change.
Where is the ship schedule?+
ASIPONA Cabo San Lucas publishes programmed arrival totals by month. Verified individual ship/date rows for the planner are not yet available — Find my Cruise stays in manual mode. We do not invent day-level calls from monthly aggregates. Use Find my cruise in manual mode until day-level rows publish.
Do you guarantee return to the ship?+
No. We plan with return buffers in mind and confirm timing when we reply, but we do not claim a guaranteed return-to-ship.
How do I contact you?+
Email hello@cabosanlucasshoreexcursions.com or use the enquire form. We do not publish a public phone number on this site.
